What I really like about this piece is the place and the way you've got this in black and white to make it more stark in terms of the atmosphere and mood... at least, it feels pretty intense with the monotone, anyway.
The reflection adds further depth to things and I like the lighting, especially with the flare and the way that affects the piece overall.
It almost feels as if the person is about to jump there.. it would have been an interesting shot if that did happen, but eh.
Lovely stuff! I don't really have any suggestions, other than the fact that you could have increased the contrast, perhaps...
Not bad, anyway.
